One of Rwanga Foras’s main objectives is to connect job seekers – mainly young people and recent graduates – with employers and establish channels of communication for the benefit of both. With this aim, every year the Rwanga Foundation holds its International Job Fair. The Rwanga Foras International Job Fair is a unique networking opportunity for employers and recruiters from various sectors including private, public, for-profit and non-profit local and international organizations to gather under one roof to meet and engage with prospective job seekers.
The Rwanga Foras project connects job seekers and employers through Foras Portal and provides training courses to young people, students and others who are struggling to enter the job market.
